Terms of Portal Site Access (the “Terms”)
All use of the Isio Pension Web Portal website, (the "Site") shall be on the following terms and conditions which constitute a legal agreement between you and us (Isio Group Limited of 10 Norwich Street, London, EC4A 1BD, also “Isio” and "we"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions cease use of the Site immediately.
The Site contains proprietary copyright information and materials belonging to our licensors or us. You may download and print information from the Site for your own personal use. However, except for this, you may not, and may not permit any other person, to extract, re-transmit, re-use, publish or commercially exploit any of the downloaded or printed information without our prior written consent. If you download or print any part of this Site you must not alter or remove any proprietary notices, trade mark legends, trade names or logos.
Use of the Site is limited to the following purposes. Namely, through the Site you may, where offered:
- view and amend your relevant personal information;
- request and track details relating to your retirement benefits;
- review the Frequently Asked Questions section;
- utilise an indicative retirement illustration tool;
- access links to external benefit provider websites; and
- read content in relation to general pensions topics and to your pension scheme.
We are making the Site available to you under an agreement with your scheme’s trustees. Your rights to use the Site will end when that agreement terminates.
The information provided to you via the Site is confidential between you and us and you shall not disclose in whole or in part such information to any person, except that you may share information from the Site with your financial advisor, HMRC or any other legal or regulatory body where you need to do so. The unique username and password (if provided) are only intended to be used by you and should not be shared with any other individuals. You must let us know as soon as possible if your username or password is lost or disclosed to anyone else or if you believe anyone else is accessing your account.
While we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the Site, it is not possible to guarantee its absolute accuracy. Therefore the information should be considered to be an indicator only and is liable to change from time to time. Before acting on the basis of any information located on the Site you should request formal information from us and we would recommend you (and in some cases you must) seek individual advice, for example by discussing it with a financial advisor. Links may be provided from the Site to the websites of other organisations. These links, along with certain other information held on the Site, are outside the control of us and the scheme’s trustees and as such no responsibility is accepted for them.
Although we take reasonable steps to maintain the continuity of the Site, we cannot guarantee and do not accept any liability for its suspension, interruption or temporary unavailability. Therefore, you should retain copies of any documents required from the Site for your own records and not rely on the Site as the single source of data. For any support issues:
- if your query relates to an external benefit provider’s site, please contact the relevant external benefit provider; and
- if your query relates to the Site specifically, please use the Contact Us link on the Site.
You should use virus detection and protection measures when accessing the Site. We do not guarantee that the Site will be free from viruses, and are not responsible for any damage caused by viruses. Users are advised to use appropriate anti-virus software. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful, gain unauthorised access to the Site or the server on which the Site is stored or attack the website via any form of attack. We may take legal action if we discover any unauthorised use or interaction with the Site, misuse and/or infringement of any content or intellectual property.
We are operating the Site under an agreement with the trustees of the scheme. You will not bring a claim against anyone other than us in connection with your use of the Site (and this will include the trustees of the scheme, all our partners, members, directors, employees and agents, any other entity controlled by or associated with us and each and all of their partners, members, directors, employees and agents). For the avoidance of doubt, this will not limit or exclude our liability for the acts or omissions of any of those third parties.
Any claim brought against us will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in the agreement between us and the scheme’s trustees under which this Site is made available.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from the information this Site provides. No liability is excluded to the extent such exclusion would not be permitted by law.
Any personal data that we collect from you via the Site shall be processed by us in accordance with our privacy statement which is hereby incorporated as part of these terms and conditions.
Isio and its licensors are the owners of all intellectual property rights in the Site. All rights are reserved. Unauthorised use of these and any other of Isio's portfolio of trademarks is not permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time, however any changes that we may make will be subject to the approval of the scheme’s trustees. Any agreed changes will be published on the Site, so please check the Terms for any updates when you login.
We are established in England and the laws of England shall apply to these terms and conditions. You hereby agree that the place of performance of the services you receive from us via the Site is England and you hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer any rights or benefits on any third-party.
